Common questions about our training:

How long are AITC workshops?
Workshops range from 1–2 hour Lunch & Learns to 3–4 hour Half-Day Workshops to 6–8 hour Full-Day Workshops. Multi-day and multi-team programs are available for larger engagements.
What does an AITC workshop cost?
Lunch & Learns start from $1,600 AUD, Half-Day Workshops from $3,000 AUD, and Full-Day Workshops from $5,000 AUD. Curriculum customisation and larger groups attract additional fees, and executive and board briefings are custom-quoted.
Do you train in person or remotely?
We prefer in-person delivery, but can accommodate our frameworks to suit virtual delivery. We're based in Sydney with consultants in Melbourne and Canberra and we travel anywhere in Australia. We can also deliver remotely via your platform of choice when in-person isn't practical.
What AI tools do you train people on?
Our frameworks are tool-agnostic. We cover Microsoft Copilot (M365, Excel, Teams, Copilot Studio), Google AI (Gemini, Workspace, NotebookLM), and OpenAI (ChatGPT, Custom GPTs, Deep Research, Agent). We tailor the curriculum to whatever your organisation actually uses.
Can you tailor the training to a specific team or function?
Yes. Our role-specific tracks include AI for Marketing, AI for PR and Comms, AI for Journalism and AI for Financial Services. For other functions or industry-specific needs, we build custom curricula.
Do participants need prior AI experience?
No. Our workshops range from "AI Essentials" foundational sessions for complete beginners to advanced training on specific platforms. We pitch the content to the room and meet you where you are.
Do you train executives and boards?
Yes. We run strategic briefings (1–2 hours) for time-poor executives and boards, hands-on labs where leaders use the tools themselves, and half- or full-day workshops for deeper strategic learning.
